As an intuitive eating sports nutritionist and yoga teacher, I understand what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body.  I understand the fine line between healthy and obsessed. I know how frustrating it can be to feel out of alignment with yourself.

Together, we can reconnect with your body through yoga, movement, mindfulness, and meditation.

My Approach

We’ll combine yoga with meditation and mindfulness.

We’ll practice pranyama, aka breath work and breathing techniques.

We’ll learn to respect our bodies through movement and yoga poses – resting when we need to or pushing a little further and a little deeper into new poses when we feel like we can’t.

We’ll incorporate different meditation techniques and exercises.

We’ll come to our mats to Learn. Grow. Connect.

And I’ll be guiding you along the way.
