CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER NO-BAKE PROTEIN BITES

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp milk or milk alternative or just enough to moisten the batter
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp 100% cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls or place into re-usable baking cups (as shown in the photo above). Place on parchment paper and place in the freezer for ~10 minutes. Enjoy!
