Who’s an athlete? ANYONE who moves their body…and that means you; however, all athletes have different goals and preferences.

Together we’ll tweak your eating habits and exercise routine so that you can have OPTIMAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE anytime, anywhere – both in and out of the game or workout.

Below are several different packages based on your goals and preferences. Together we’ll find what works best for you. All sessions are done in New York City (NYC) or virtually via video chat or phone so you can stay on track no matter where you are (home, office, traveling, etc).

Together we’ll look at your current eating & lifestyle habits and tweak it for optimal performance.

What does it include: Initial nutrition assessment (~ 60 minutes) plus weekly 30 minute “check-ins” via video chat or phone. Unlimited email support. Each session will have a “topic of focus” such as macronutrient timing, pre -and post-workout meals and snacks, etc.
