“Nourishment, Movement, and Mindfulness” Group Coaching Program
What is it?
This is an 8 week deep dive into reconnecting with our bodies through nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. It’s a small community of like-minded women connecting, learning, and growing together — and I’ll be your guide.
During these 8 weeks, we’ll be combining the science of nutrition for active women with the gentle approach of intuitive eating and the principles of mindfulness and yoga to empower us to feel confident and comfortable in our bodies. At the end of the program, you’ll have your own customized set of tools to optimize your health of body and mind.
We’ll meet weekly for 1.5 hours. Each week will have a focus (outlined below). Limited spots available (max. 8 women per group).
This program is for you if you:
- Are done with dieting and counting calories
- Are interested in nutrition for active women but want to let go of “food rules”
- Want to reconnect with your body through movement
- Are interested in how our hormones play a role in our nutrition and wellness journey
- Are interested in building a mindfulness and meditation practice
- Are looking for a community of like-minded women
- Finally want to practice feeling and being confident & comfortable in your body

Week 3: Nutrition for Active Women
Week 4: Hormones/Menstruation/Cycle Flow
Week 5: Mindful Movement
Week 6: Tackling Stress & Anxiety Through Movement, Mindfulness and Nutrition
Week: 7: Meditation & Breath Work
Week 8: Bringing It All Together and Moving Forward
