Meet Lauren Manganiello

Lauren Manganiello, MS, RD, RYT is an intuitive eating sports dietitian and yoga teacher.

Lauren combines the science of sports performance nutrition, the gentle approach of intuitive eating, and the principles of mindfulness and yoga to empower active women to feel confident and comfortable in our bodies.

But this week there was a shift in energy to making space and welcoming the new

Because when we let go of what we can’t control, we also make space to welcome more of what we subconsciously want and need

We realign with ourselves and what we truly want

This was the theme in my yoga (& even my sports nutrition) sessions this week and we focused a lot on heart openers💕

Love and let go, and then make room for the new ✨

Everything is temporary That’s the greatest les Everything is temporary

That’s the greatest lesson that solo travel has taught me

The discomfort, the unknown, the fear, worry, concern - it’s all temporary

If you sink into these emotions for too long, it’ll take away from the little beauties of the present moment

The love that’s behind every “wash your hands”, “stay safe” and “let’s FaceTime”

It’s a weird time in the world. And we’re experiencing all of the emotions right now

But it’s temporary

Respect yourself and others. Nourish and move your mind and body. Wash your hands. Cover your mouth. Socially distance yourself from others in a physical sense if possible (I know that not everyone can do this) but keep the FaceTimes, phone calls and group chats coming 💕

It might be stormy now but it can’t rain forever❤️ Sending love from my city to yours✨
